Heading south: Take exit 197 toward Durango St/19th Ave. Stay straight to go onto S Black Canyon HWY/ S Black Canyon FWY/ 23rd Ave. Turn slight right onto W Durango St. Property is approximately 3/4 mile on the north side of the street.

Heading east or west: Take the 35th Ave exit, Exit 141. Head south onto N 35th Ave. Turn left onto W Durango St. Property will be just east of 31st Ave on North side of the street.
